Technical support is handled by email communication, and questions are
usually answered within a few hours. Although our software is translated in several languages, technical support and any communication with us is handled in English and French only. So if you write us, please use one of these two language.
BEFORE contacting our technical support, make sure that you have read:
1) The documentation manual,
that will teach you how to use the software's interface
2) The Frequently asked questions
(FAQ) that may already contain answers to your question.
If your question is still unanswered after reading these two pages, send
an email to our technical
support.
In your email, you must indicate:
-You customer Name
-License or customer number
-Your operating system
-Precise description of your problem. If you suspect a bug, you should tell us
the precise steps to reproduce it.
